Where we send case files and how long they take.
Every Vineyard Files case file is hand-assembled on Martha's Vineyard and sent out from the studio.
Where we deliver
We hand-deliver across Martha's Vineyard. We also ship across the United States for a flat $9.99, with most orders arriving within 3 to 8 days.
Cost
Local Martha's Vineyard delivery is a flat $5, and U.S. shipping is a flat $9.99. Free in-person pickup may be arranged for nearby drop-offs; reach out before you order if you would like to coordinate.
How long it takes
Most local deliveries arrive within two to four days of your order. You will receive a confirmation when your folder is on its way. If you are ordering as a gift and need it by a specific date, write to us at contact@thevineyardfiles.com and we will do our best.
If something goes wrong
If your folder arrives damaged, or if anything is missing inside, that is on us. Write to contact@thevineyardfiles.com with your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened folders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return delivery. We cannot accept returns of opened case files, because the solution is sealed inside and the value of the case is solving it for the first time. See our refund policy for the full detail.
