Agreement. By using thevineyardfiles.com and buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Our products. We sell physical mystery case files. Each case is a work of fiction (see our Disclaimer). Each case is a single-play experience: it reveals its solution once opened.

Orders and pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel an order if a clear pricing or description error occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery. We ship anywhere in the United States, and we hand-deliver on Martha's Vineyard. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Refund Policy for damaged or lost orders.

Returns. Governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All content in our case files and on our website, including text, design, artwork, the logo, and the characters and stories, is owned by The Vineyard Files and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute our case files or their contents without our written permission. Buying a folder gives you the right to use and enjoy that copy, not to reproduce it.

Acceptable use. Please do not share the solutions to our cases publicly in a way that spoils them for others, and please do not reproduce or redistribute the materials.

Limitation of liability. Our products are sold for entertainment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
